Get support

Real people run eStudent 360, and you can reach them. Whether you are struggling, a message of yours was held back, or something on the platform worried you, each of those has its own route on this page.

If you need help right now

If you are in danger, or you are thinking about hurting yourself, please contact emergency services straight away. In Ghana call 112. In Canada call 911. Anywhere else, use your local emergency number.

Then, if you can, tell one adult you trust, a parent or guardian, a teacher, a school counsellor, a doctor. You do not have to explain it well. Saying “I am not okay” is enough to start.

Our safety team can also help you find someone to talk to. Email safety@estudent360.com and say what is going on. A trained person reads it. You are not in trouble for writing.

Every route below reaches a human being, not an automated reply.

Report a mentor or a message

If a mentor or another person made you uncomfortable, report it. You can do it anonymously, and it is kept confidential.

Make a report

How long it takes

Safety reports are looked at first, usually within 24 hours. Other questions take a little longer. If something is urgent and happening now, use the emergency numbers above rather than waiting for us.

A message of yours was held back

Messages on eStudent 360 pass through a safety check before they reach the other person. Sometimes the check gets it wrong, because it does not understand jokes, slang, or context the way a person does. That is not an accusation, and it does not go on any kind of record against you.

If you think your message was held back by mistake, email info@estudent360.com or use the contact form, and a person will look at it properly.

Our community guidelines explain what the check looks for and why each rule exists.
