eStudent 360 is a free platform built by FacioTech Foundation to connect students in Ghana and Canada with verified mentors, guided pathways, and practical career guidance.

Our Mission
We connect students with mentors, resources and networks so they can work towards the career they want. Nobody succeeds on their own, and this platform is a way of passing on what others gave us. We build places where young people can ask real questions about school, changing direction and leading others, and get answers from people who have done it.

Our Vision
We want every young person to have someone in their corner, whatever their background. The idea behind that is Ubuntu: I am because we are. Students who were helped go on to help the students behind them, the way people opened doors for us. Mentoring, community and opportunity are how we get there.
The Challenge
Students need guidance
Millions of students worldwide, especially in developing regions, lack access to mentors. The guidance gap between those with connections and those without continues to widen.
- Many schools, especially across Africa, have no career counsellor a student can book
- Diaspora knowledge is trapped overseas and rarely reaches students who need it
- Existing mentoring platforms are expensive and not built for real-world conditions
