No young person should have to work out their next step alone, whatever their background.
eStudent 360 exists because nobody succeeds on their own. Students get mentors who have done the thing they are aiming at, resources they can use, and people who will answer their questions.

Platform Features
Built for the realities of student life, from low-bandwidth connections to cross-timezone scheduling.
Our matching engine pairs students with mentors on interests, goals, language, and availability. It follows clear rules, so you can see why a mentor came up.
Step-by-step guides for school, university, technical training, and professional routes, written for the school systems students actually sit in.
Safety monitoring on messages, verified mentor profiles, and guardian consent for students under 18.
One-on-one video calls, group mentoring, and micro-mentoring, all optimised for low-bandwidth connections.
Why a mentor
Which subjects actually matter for the course you want. Whether a scholarship is worth the application. What the job is like once you have it. Students who have someone to ask get an answer in one conversation. Students who do not find out years later, the hard way, and often after the choice has already been made for them.
A mentor is that someone. Not a teacher and not a careers leaflet, but a person who has walked the route you are looking at, and will tell you what it was really like.
Find your mentor
Become a mentor
You do not need to be a careers adviser, and you do not need your own life fully worked out. You need to have been somewhere a fifteen-year-old is trying to get to, and be willing to say what it was actually like: the parts that were harder than people admit, and the parts that turned out not to matter.
Most mentors give an hour or two a month. You choose how many students you take on, and you are checked before you meet any of them.
Become a mentor
For schools and organisations
Whether it is one careers teacher, a youth programme lead, or a small team running mentoring alongside everything else, nobody has walked every path a young person might ask about. It is the students with no family contacts who feel that gap first.
Schools, NGOs, foundations and organisations already running mentoring use eStudent 360 to reach mentors who have walked those paths. It costs nothing, guardian approval is built in for under-18s, and you keep oversight of who your young people are talking to.

How It Works
Sign up as a student or mentor and tell us about your goals, interests, and availability.
Our engine looks for a mentor whose subjects, language, and free times fit yours, and who still has room for another student.
Connect through video sessions, messaging, and structured career pathways.
Our automated safety system checks messages as they are sent and holds back anything inappropriate before it reaches a student. Mentor profiles are verified, guardians can see their student's mentoring, and a trained person reviews the alerts.
Testimonials
A mentor's job is to turn a vague worry into a next step you can take this week. These are the kinds of conversations that happen here.
