This pathway is for students who are serious about law or policy and need to understand what qualification actually involves.
The key fact is that in both countries the university degree is only the first half. A professional stage follows, run by a regulator, and it is competitive. Planning for the degree without planning for the professional stage is the most common mistake.
The evidence that matters is written: briefs, case notes, debate records and a reading log. Nobody can fake this quickly, which is exactly why it counts.
