About this opportunity
The Female Engineering Students Scholarship Programme (FESSP), introduced by Vodafone Ghana in 2011 and continued by Telecel Ghana, supports ten final-year female engineering students a year and has reached more than 100 young women. The 2026 cohort (announced July 2026) came from KNUST, University of Ghana, University of Cape Coast and UMaT; GCTU took part in 2024. Scholars receive 'financial support towards their final-year tuition, a new laptop, a data bundle, professional mentorship, an internship, and national service opportunities', and top scholars are considered for the NextGen Graduate Programme.
This is the only confirmed Telecel Ghana scholarship. Selection is competitive (academic excellence, leadership, industry readiness); no public application window is published, so ask your engineering faculty.
