McGill's Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program supports leaders and changemakers from across Africa at master's level in programs that transform nutrition, public health, public policy and sustainable agriculture (non-thesis options such as Animal Science, Biostatistics, Biotechnology, Food Science, Human Nutrition, Public Health and Public Policy, plus thesis options in Animal Science and Bioresource Engineering). There are 35 scholarships a year across 13 programs, covering full international tuition, on-campus housing, a monthly stipend, academic tools and immigration support.
Eligibility: citizen of and living in an African country; 35 or younger; related bachelor's degree; never registered for a master's; financial constraints have limited your education; desire to give back; record of service and leadership.
