About this opportunity
The IMF Fund Internship Program brings about 50 students from around the world to IMF headquarters in Washington DC each year for paid internships of 10-12 weeks between June and October. The core Economist track targets PhD students in macroeconomics or a related field within one or two years of completing their degree, who will return to university afterwards and are below 32 at the start; specialised tracks (legal, IT/data, corporate services) recruit graduate students, with master's-level interns generally below 28. Excellent English and strong quantitative skills are required.
The Fund recruits globally; no nationality restriction is stated, so Ghanaians are eligible.
