About this opportunity
The GNPC Foundation Scholarship Scheme supports 'brilliant but needy students who without the scholarship package may be unable to access and benefit from education'. Local awards go to Ghanaian citizens admitted to undergraduate or postgraduate programmes at any GTEC-accredited tertiary institution in Ghana (first-year and continuing students); a foreign postgraduate stream supports Master's/PhD study abroad, prioritising STEM, lecturers, persons with disability and tuition-free universities.
First-year undergraduates need credit passes (A1-C6) in six WASSCE subjects including three core subjects; continuing students need a GPA of at least 2.0; postgraduates need at least a second class lower degree. Applicants must not hold another scholarship. Apply online at www.gnpcghana.com; the last confirmed window was 7-31 May 2024.
