About this opportunity
Blossom Academy is an Accra-based talent company that trains and places data and AI talent across Africa. Alongside paid tracks (Data Analytics full-time hybrid GHS 10,350-14,000; part-time remote GHS 9,350-12,000) it runs donor-sponsored fellowships 'dependent on funding from our international partners' for people from low-income backgrounds. The current sponsored Data Analytics Fellowship offers 'fully funded Data Analytics training, hands-on experience, and career preparation - at no cost to you' over 12 weeks, Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, in Accra and Kumasi, starting 21 September 2026.
