Alongside paid tracks (Data Analytics full-time hybrid GHS 10,350-14,000; part-time remote GHS 9,350-12,000) it runs donor-sponsored fellowships 'dependent on funding from our international partners' for people from low-income backgrounds. The current sponsored Data Analytics Fellowship offers 'fully funded Data Analytics training, hands-on experience, and career preparation - at no cost to you' over 12 weeks, Monday-Thursday 9am-4pm, in Accra and Kumasi, starting 21 September 2026.

The call targets people 'aged 18-35 and currently unemployed in Ghana'; fellows commit about 36 hours a week and need a laptop (8GB RAM+), stable internet and a quiet space. Selection: application, critical-thinking assessment and a non-technical interview.
