About this opportunity
AmaliTech, a German-Ghanaian social enterprise, trains young Ghanaians for global tech careers. Its former Graduate Trainee Programme now appears as several Ghana pathways: the AWS re/Start Programme, 'a fully funded, 12-week training programme delivered in collaboration with AWS' for unemployed 'Ghanaian tertiary STEM graduate[s]' able to study online 8 hours a day Monday-Friday, with stipends and a certification voucher; the National Service Programme (2026/27 intake closed) for computing/IT/MIS graduates, with a monthly stipend, workstation and a route to full-time employment; and the six-week paid Immersive Internship for third-year bachelor's or second-year HND computing students (cohorts 24 Aug-4 Oct and 14 Sep-23 Oct).
Selection uses online application, aptitude or proficiency tests and interviews. Training is free.
