About this opportunity

The African Union Commission Internship Programme offers young Africans practical experience in AU departments, chiefly at headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Internships run for a minimum of three months with a possible three-month extension. Applicants must be nationals of an AU Member State (Ghana qualifies), aged 22-32, in the final year of an undergraduate programme, in postgraduate study, or graduates of a recognised institution, and fluent in an AU working language (Arabic, English, French, Portuguese or Kiswahili). The AU gives no stipend: interns pay their own travel, lodging and living costs. Required: AU CV template, motivation letter, ID, certificates, recommendation letter.
